The CNR Editorial Board has lost one of its members. Senator Hugh Segal passed away last week in Kingston. Hugh had been an energetic and enthusiastic member of the Editorial Board since 2014. At Board meetings he was full of great suggestions and brought his good humour to all discussions. Despite his many commitments, he was always quick to volunteer if something needed to be done.
