The Media and CAF Recruitment

There’s a new publication from the CDA Institute about media consumption and how that affects recruitment to the Canadian Armed Forces. It’s called “Tracking the Storyline: Media Consumption Impacts on CAF Recruitment.” The article makes use of an Ipsos Canada survey conducted in spring 2020. The CDA Institute designed a survey asking Canadians what they know about the CAF, the sources of their information, whether their information on the CAF is predominantly positive or negative, and how this information affects their propensity to serve and/or recommend service to friends and relatives.
