U.S., India sign military logistics agreement

On 29 August 2016, the United States and India signed a military logistics agreement. This will govern the use of each other's military bases for resupply and repair, and build defence ties between the two countries. The navies of India and the United States have not historically had close relations, but mutual concern about China has made this agreement more possible.
